HLB USA, Inc. is a US corporation which co-ordinates conferences, member services and other activities of the HLB USA organization but provides no professional services to its business clients. Accordingly, HLB USA has no liability for the acts and omissions of any member of the HLB International organization, and vice versa.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

When you provide us with your information we will use it for the purposes of administering your HLB USA conference registration and responding to you. We therefore have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data in this way.

When individual members use the application through RegOnline by Cvent page, we will process your personal data to complete the transaction and communicate with you in order to perform the requirements of the contract to which we are both a party in relation to that transaction.

Where we use your personal data for the direct purposes of promoting future HLB USA conferences, we will provide you with an opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving such communications as part of every communication we send to you. In General. We collect personal information that can identify you such as your name and email address and other information that does not identify you. We obtain the personal information about you from a business application source that manages our online conference registration; i.e. RegOnline by Cvent.
